Pual: 165lbs and 95lbs

Austin K: 185lbs and 125lbs

Austin M: 115lbs and 95lbs

Mike: 165lbs and 135lbs

Matt: 165lbs and 95lbs

Team Building: 5 rounds of – Sprints and Burpees

*As a team, sprint up the hill and complete a total of 50 burpees together.  Ideally, each person does 10 burpees.  You must beat your 1st time, every time.
