For time: Run 1.5 miles

Matt: 9:45

Mike: 9:48

Austin K: 10:16

Pual: 11:01

Austin M: 10:59

5 min rest then:

With a continuous clock running, start with 12 burpees. Then run as many laps around the track as possible in 18 min.  On every 2 minute mark, stop and perform another 10 burpees.  Try to see how many laps you can get in within the time.

Matt: 5 +1/8
