Short and sweet. 2 rounds: med ball hill runs, push press (75), rest station, SDHP (95), and row. Recruits work cycles lasted as long as it took for the recruit to complete the hill run (approx 250 meters). They all worked hard and made improvements on their form during the coarse of the workout.
