Workout:

2 rounds with 5 min rest inbetween:

15 Box jumps

15 Double Unders or 75 singles

15 Wall balls

15 Pull ups

15 Lunges

Sprint to the top of the tower

AK: 2:57  &  2:47

Doer: 4: 42 & 5:08

Mike: 2:40  &  2:53

Matt: 3:59  &  4:27

Austin: 3: 59  &  4:26

*Team Building : 5:20   As a team complete 75 reps of above Workout and sprint to top of tower.
