Ball throw with burpee broad jump

From a squatting position explode upward throwing 20# ball as far as possible.  In as few a throws as possible  get your ball across finish line (apprx 50′).  Burpee broad jumps to catch up to your ball

From a squatting position explode upward throwing 20# ball as high as possible against wall.  Best of 3
