Todays workout showed some amazing results with the improvements from the last attempt.  The recruits are pushing hard everyday, not letting

Strength:

Push Austin K’s truck down the FTC and then up as far as possible to its starting position.   Strong man contests here we come!!

Workout:

2 round sprints w/ 5 min rest in-between:

15 Box Jumps

15 Double Unders

15 Wall Balls

15 Pull ups

15 Lunges

Sprint up tower to 6 floor
