“R.I.C.” workout at tower:
Fore time and in full turnouts w/o SCBA:
Pull 5″ hose 140′ and pull hose across line by hand over hand
Throw 24′ ladder to 2nd story and climb through window
Carry buckets at 2nd floor to top of tower and yell Academy moto
Go to 3rd floor and rescue drag FF across tower floor
Go to ground floor and change SCBA bottle out with fresh bottle.
Go to 3rd floor and rescue drag FF across tower floor
Go get buckets at the top of tower and bring back to 2nd floor
Hose drag 140′ and pull hose across line by Hand over Hand method.
