Work out sent in from Case Tanaka

 Adam and I did:

1) Row 500m (setting at 5), other person doing Burpees

2) Row 500m Mountain Climbers on Bosu Ball

3) Row 500m Kettle ball (25lbs)

4) Row 500m Double Unders

As you can see, one person rows, the other does the workout. Then you switch positions. You keep doing this rotation until all four superset exercises are done. Our time was 19min55sec. Have fun
