Thank you to our new Probies who took it upon themselves to improve our fitness program by custom building a jump box for each station.   The dimensions of each box are 20″X24″X30″, which means you have 3 heights to choose from.

So why not try it out with a little something like this (taken from crossfit Vacaville North 7/25/11):

7 rounds:

9 push ups

12 Knees to Elbows (hang from bar, bring knees to elbows)

9 box jump

*if you want to make the push ups harder, lift your hands off the ground when your chest is on the ground to ensure full range of motion.

    * I did hands off push ups, but on the knees to elbows my feet hit the ground every time, which probably makes it easier but that’s all I could manage with short pull up bar.
    * Box was 24″

    Ford-17.30 I was never able to get my knees to my elbows (I know weak huh?) the box was at 24 inches.

    Williams- 12.30 as RX’d
