For time:

50, 40, 30, 20, 10 of

1.  Double unders (if you do singles, multiply reps by 3)

2.  sit ups

(Do 50 double unders,  then 50 sit ups, then 40 double unders, then 40 sit ups, etc. )

*If you have anything left when your done, go lift or move something heavy with impeccable form.
