15 deadlifts 185# (or whatever is appropriate for 75 reps with text book form)

15 toes to bar (modify to knees to elbow or knees raises if needed).

    *DL’s were unbroken but Toes to Bar were HARD. I had to break into sets of 5 with LONG breaks.
