Do these two movements:

body weight back squat
push up

1st min: 1 squat, 1 push up
2nd min: 2 squats, 2 push ups
3rd min: 3 squats, 3 push ups…

go until you can’t finish the reps in the minute.  If minute ends during unfinished push ups, continue with squats until you can’t finish squats.  When minute finishes during squats, you’re done.

*Remember to keep a solid midline, core, abds/back, hollow rock (whatever the hell you choose to call it) position when doing push ups, like this:  Whateverthehell
