1 Minute Power Snatch w/ 75lbs

1 Minute KB swing w/ 70lbs

1 Minute Ring Rows

1 Minute Box Jump w/ 24″ box

1 Minute Wall Ball 25lbs

*Count your score for each rep in each round.  Example: round one- 82 reps, round two-81, round three-78 reps= 241 is your score
