-100 foot walking lunge with 45 lb plate held overhead

-30 box jumps , 24 inch box (medium height)

-20 wall ball shots with 20 lb ball

-10 handstand push-ups

    Ford:39.07 Sub’d handstand push-ups with pike push-ups. I could only get 2 lame handstand push-ups in with Killmer holding my legs.
