500 Double Unders

Every failed jump do 10 sit ups

*Upon completion stretch calves for no less than two consecutive minutes per side.

    I can’t consistently do doubles, so I did one single in between each double. It took me 30 min. to do 500 doubles and 500+ singles, with way to many sit ups to count. Steve Minnich
