Here is a low impact way to offset the inevitable binging sure to take place later today.

For time:

50, 40, 30, 20, 10

Box Jump

Anchored Sit Up

*Pick an appropriate height for box jump so as to not cause any physical or emotional damage to one’s self.

*Dumbbells work great for anchored sit ups
