5 Dead Lifts

50 Double Unders

 

For the Dead Lifts, go as heavy as you can while remaining SAFE (this is not safe).

If your back begins to round, knees begin to cave inward (valgus), or your face is beat red, neck with excessive JVD, and the bar has not left the ground– probably too much weight for you – might want to reassess your opinion of yourself.  Just sayin.

If you can’t do double unders, do 5 Xs the DU reps in singles (250 singles).
