Seven rounds for time of:
205 pound Clean, 3 reps (use appropriate weight)
4 handstand push-ups

If you’re not sure if you can do this work out, watch this 11 year old girl do it.

 

Rememeber you should scale and modify workouts to

suite your abilities.
