Set the treadmill at 15% incline and at 7 for the speed.

Then jump on and run like a lion is chasing you! Do this for 5 minutes.

Break up the five minutes however you want, but complete five minutes. It may take you 7 minutes to complete the entire workout or it may take you 30 minutes… Just keep on running!

Irwin-8:20 minutes

Carey-10 minutes

    I did it straight for the 5 min. @ 7.0 and 15%, but I cheesed it for the last 1 min. I held on with one hand, cause I thought I was going to DFO.

    Then that doesn’t count! Don’t DFO, someone would have to call 911.
