Five rounds for time of:
Deadlift, 9 reps
Hang power snatch, 6 reps
Overhead squat, 3 reps
*Pick one weight to use throughout the whole workout (CF.com prescribes 135#, which is Heavy). Use a weight that you can manage for all three movements and you can get done with little to no broken sets; this should be a sprint.
