2 minutes accumulated on the treadmill at 15% grade and 7.5mph

Workout:

8 rounds of:

8 Hang power Cleans w/ 95lbs

8 Sumo Deadlift High pulls w/ 95lbs

8 Burpee’s

Workout “Buy Out”:

2 minutes accumulated on the treadmill at 15% grade and 7.5mph

*Have two stop watches.  One for the total time it takes and 1 so start and stop yourself when you are on the treadmill.

Minnich: 28:15 (subbed 75lbs)

Tilton: 27:09 (subbed 45lbs bar)

Neitling: 26:10 as rx’d
