10 rounds

15 kettle bell (or dumbbell) swings

15 push ups

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you are not familiar with swings (kettlebell or dumbbell) you will be after this work out.  Remember the power of the swing comes from the hips, much like any dance move worth performing.
