**  Today’s workout took a lot of “True Grit” to finish.  Here it is:

2 Rounds For Time:

50 Ball Clean Wall Ball shots 24lbs ball (Perform 1 clean and 1 wall ball shot each rep)

50 Double Unders

50 Medicine Ball Sit ups (tap ground in front and behind head each rep)

50 Push ups

50  Squats w/ 45lbs plate pinched together in front of body with your hands

1000 meter row

 

*Tilton: 50:00 min (subbed 25lbs plate and 14lbs med ball)

* Neitling: 45:15min rx’d

* Ford: 1 round and decided that was enough for him today 🙂
