5 rounds:

Front squats max reps

(pick appropriate weight)

ring dips max reps

-After you finish your front squats, recover briefly then begin your ring dips.  Rest as needed between sets, not too long.  Count total reps of each exercise for all five rounds.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Thanh: 95# front squat 97 reps/ ring dips 44 reps

Red:  95# front squat 80 reps/ ring dips 75 reps

Paul: 135# front squats 76 reps/ ring dips 75 reps
