ring pull ups
*This should be a sprint so use a DL weight that is challenging but still allows you to get through most reps unbroken. The ring pull ups are quite a bit different then bar pull ups and caught me by surprise so be prepared for some new sensations. They basically halted my “sprint” to a multi-intervaled convulsion-up. Good luck with that one.
