Getting a new Jump Rope that is adjusted to your height can make all the difference when learning double or triple unders.

Workout:

With a clock counting down from 10 min complete the following:

1000 meter row

With the remaining time complete AMRAP:

10 Sumo Deadlift High Pull w/ 95lbs

10 hands off pushups

10 Box Jumps

10 Sit Ups

* Your score is the amount of completed

Salois: 2 rounds (scaled to 53lbs)

Neitling: 3 rounds + 1 SDHP
