* This workout has nothing to do with running or being on fire, but since Basler rocked it today in this Workout I though it was fitting.

Workout

21-15-9 reps for time of:
225 pound Back squat
70 lbs Kettlebell swing

 

Basler: 12:28 (scaled 135lb back squat and 44lb KB)

Neitling: 11:24 (scaled 205lb back Squat & 70lb KB)
