3 rep Deadlift

3 rep Back Squat

*Rest exactly 1 min

5 Min AMRAP:

50 Air Squats

25 hand release pushups

*Rest Exactly 1 min

5 min AMRAP:

5 pullups

10 GHD Situps

**Ford: 8, 4, 1 +41 squats

**Neitling: 5 rounds + 1 Deadlift, 4+ 6 GHD, 1 +14 pushups

**Tilton: 6 + 3 deadlift, 4+ 3 GHD, 2 + 4 Squats
