Jump rope work is great exercise but can be incredibly challenging.  There’s nothing like watching kids do it to realize how easy it should be.

5 Rounds of:
– Max Rep Push Ups (scale up to rings or down as needed)
– 3x that number of Double Unders each round

1:00 rest between rounds

**Score is total number of push ups and double unders completed throughout all 5 rounds

 

 

 

 

Paul Mc:

4 rounds: 120 push ups, 360 double unders.
I did 5th round an hour later- 50 push ups, 150 double unders.
