5 Rounds for reps:

Max reps 135# bench press (or appropriate weight for high reps)

Max pull ups


*Start pull ups right after you finish bench press.  You rest while the other guys are working (about 3 minutes if you are alone).  Track the reps for each round and total them up at the end for each movement.









Thanh: 96 bench; 51 pull ups= 147

Paul:  111 bench; 42 pull ups= 153

Red: 82 bench; 46 pull ups= 128
