Complete the following in 15 minutes:

50 push ups

100 sit ups

55# KB swings

*Once you complete the push ups and sit ups, do as many reps of KB swings as possible with the remaining time

90 KB swings in 15:10.  I wasn’t watching the clock so I went over :10
