*We did’t really push for time on these 2 workouts.  For pull ups we shared a bar and talked too much.

Thanh: about 25 mins for planks, about 20 mins for pull ups with sets of 10s and 5s

Paul: about 30 mins for planks, about 30 mins for pull ups with sets of 10s and 5s
