5 exercises (1 teammate per exercise).

2. Kettlebell swings

3. Jumping lunge

4. Sit ups

5. Wall balls

2 minutes at each exercise, then rotate to the next exercise, for a total of 10 minutes of work.

Count total reps for each exercise at the end of the 10 minutes.

Rest 4 minutes then do it again.
