5 rounds:
max pull ups (rest as needed)
2. In teams of two press a 4X4″ piece of shoring lumber from shoulder to overhead as many times as possible until failure. The amount of reps you completed represent the number of steps (heal to toe) you get to take along a 150′ designated area. The remainder of the 150′ length is to be completed via burpee frog jump. The more shoulder presses you and your partner can do together the less amount of burpee frog jumps you have to do.
3. In your team of two, hold the 4X4 lumber overhead for as long as possible. Any break in form (bending elbows, back, legs, etc.) ends your effort. Longest lasting team wins
Winner: Miyata and Zook
