then:
70 Kettle Bell Swings w/ 44lbs
70 Box Jumps
70 Hang Power Clean/ Push Press w/ 35lbs Dumb Bells
70 Wall Balls w/ 14lbs
70 Double Unders
70 Burpee
then:
Max reps of back extensions
* In-between each exercise run 75 yards backwards
