Today Engine 4 decided to do 70 reps of various exercises because sometimes doing long hard workouts are good for you too.

 
Workout:

Max reps of Deadlifts at your body weight

then:

70 Kettle Bell Swings w/ 44lbs

70 Box Jumps

70 Hang Power Clean/ Push Press w/ 35lbs Dumb Bells

70 Wall Balls w/ 14lbs

70 Double Unders

70 Burpee

then:

Max reps of back extensions

* In-between each exercise run 75 yards backwards

Minnich: 43:10 subbed 30lbs DB’s

Neitling: 33:30

Tilton: 39:50 subbed 25lbs DB’s
