* Cart-wheel practice today to get more aware of our bodies in motion across different planes.

Workout:

Run 1.5 miles for time.

* This was the last time Academy 12-1 will run the Mile 1/2 together as a team.  They did a fantastic job and should all be very proud of the effort and progress they have made.

Fun part 2:

2 Cartwheels every 10 yards and Frog Jumps 100 meters.

– Rest 3 minutes

Football Field Suicides with 5 Burpees every time you reach the goal line.
