The movement is a Squat Clean
Start with one rep on the first minute and add a rep for each additional minute until you cannot fit the number of reps into the single minute (Ex: 1 rep in the first minute, 2 reps in the second minute, 3 reps in the third minute). Your rest period is the remainder of the minute that you are not performing reps.
Not like this:
Paul Mc 135# 7 rounds (minutes)+ 5 reps (in 8th minute)= 33 reps
Dr. Jones 85# 10 rounds + 7 reps= 59 reps
