Usually we do an AMRAP which means (As Many Rounds As Possible) but today we decided to do a AMRAMW which stands for: As Many Rounds As “Minnich Wants” Sometimes Minnich has a rough time finding the motivation to Kick A** so I told him he can do as many as he wants in 15 min. 🙂

9 Reps 185lbs Deadlifts
12 Pushups
15 Box Jumps – 24″ side
Minnich: 6 rounds + 4 Box Jumps
Neitling: 7 Rounds + 2 Box Jumps
