300 workout

Workout:
In a team of 3 complete the following with 1 person at each station. Each person completes 1 round at each station.

100 Wall Balls
100 Hang Power Cleans w/ 45lbs Dumbbells
100 Deadlift w/ 135lbs

*Every Minute on the minute complete 3 burpees
*Once you finish your station, rest until all members are finished
*Rest approx. 1 minute after the last person finishes then swich

Station 8 C-shift: 22:30 min total

(scale reps and weight as needed)
