For time:
205 pound Front squat, 20 reps
30 Box jump, 30 inch box
40 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball

*Pick appropriate weight/height for the exercises above








Suarez       95# front squat, 24″ box, 36# kb   8:25

Paul Mc     155# front squat, only got to 30 WBs cause we got a call  8:15 (Prob woulda been an other minute).
