Starting over

Why do we workout?  Each person has their own reasons for getting out there and “doing it” as Capt. Hall would say.  What’s your reasons?

Workout:

50 Burpee Warm up

Then Tabata of each exercise below:

GHD Situps (substitute as needed)

Body Weight Deadlift

Hang Power Cleans

Pullups

*Rest 30 sec to switch stations

*Rest as needed after Tabata stations

Then accumulate 5 min on the treadmill at 7.5mph and 15% grade

Neitling: GHD=6, DL=4, HC=5 , PU=4 (50lbs DB’s for HC’s)

Tilton: GHD=5, DL=6, HC=5 , PU=4 (30lbs DB’s for HC’s)
