truster run

*Too many scores to write down so I thought a picture on the white board would be easier for you competitive types.

Workout:

10 rounds with approx. 3 minutes rest in-between rounds-

Max rep thrusters w/ 95lbs 

Run 1/8 of a mile (outside loop around station 5)

*Clock starts immediately after last rep of thruster and barbell hits the ground

*Try to push yourself into doing a few more thrusters than your mind wants you to complete

*Scale weight as needed and try not to puke.
