Crossfit Games are starting up this time of year.  Every Thursday a workout is posted for everyone in the world to get a chance to compete.  This goes on for 6 weeks.  Give the below workout a try and see how you stack up against some of the best athletes in the world.  The girl in the video does 9 rounds.  My score was significantly less 🙂

CrossFit Games Open 13.2

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
115 pound Shoulder to overhead, 5 reps
115 pound Deadlift, 10 reps
15 Box jumps, 24″ box

    5 rounds for time:

    5 Push Press – 95 lbs.
    8 Deadlift – 135 lbs.
    12 Pullups
    15 Burpee Box jumps
