150 Ab Mat Sit ups

100 Push ups

75 KB swings

50 Pull ups

25 Clean and Jerk with 1/2 your Body Weight

12 Squat Clean w/ 3/4 your body weight

6 Deadlift w/ your body weight

1/2 mile run

Minnich @ 185lbs: 45:20 (44lbs KB and 115lbs for Squat Cleans)

Neitling @ 200lbs: 42:09 (53lbs KB)

Tilton: 41:23 (35lbs KB)
