*The “old guy” I’m referring to in this post is me (obviously), as Red continues his domination in these workouts as part of his new age reversing process. There is something in those smoothies…

Red  13:50  (unbroken except for last 2 rounds of push ups)

Paul  15:32  (unbroken except for last 3 rounds of deadlifts)
