Workout:
On the minute for every minute complete the following
10 Burpee
10 Pullups
15 Deadlift
15 Thrusters
*Complete 5 cycle of the above exercises for a total of 20 minutes. If you complete the reps in less than a minute, rest for the remainder and get ready for the next exercise.
