*perform 5 reps of each exercise below.  If you set the weight down or drop the weight, it’s a failed attempt.

*you have 5 attempts to get t0 the highest weight you can.  Rest as needed between rounds.

5 Deadlifts

5 Hang Cleans

5 Shoulder press/ Push Jerk or Push Press

5 Front Squats

Anaya: completed a full set with 50lbs

Neitling: Completed a set with 60lbs (failed with the 70lbs)
