hard boiled eggs

At station 4 we each thought of 2 exercises with associated reps and threw them up on the white board.  We decided to also do 3 rounds of whatever we came up with.  Here’s what we did:

Workout:

3 rounds for time:

Sprint out 75′ and back 75′ – 3 x’s

20 wall balls

15 GHD situps

20 toes to bar

15 Clean and Jerk w/ 95lbs

40 Walking lunges

Minnich: 30: ish minutes

Neitling: 25: ish minutes

Tilton: 33: ish minutes
