7 rounds:

7 pull ups

7 Back squats

7 Bench press

*Pick weights that are heavy enough to challenge you but not so heavy that you can’t complete the set without racking the weight.  

 *Practice good form.

 *Rest only enough to keep your reps honest.

 *Time yourself if it keeps you from resting too long.
