Workout:

15 Min AMRAP (as many reps as possible)

5 Deadlift

7 Push Press

9 Hang Power Cleans

*Rest exactly 4 minutes then:

Line sprints with 2 cones 20′ apart.  Touch each cone for 1 rep.  Do this for 1 minute and then rest 1 minute.  Repeat 3x’s

Minnich: 8rounds w/ 155lbs Deadlift, 40lbs DB Push Press and Cleans

Neitling: 7 rounds w/ 255lbs Deadlift, 50lbs DB Push Press and Cleans

Tilton: 8 rounds w/ 95lbs Deadlift, 30lbs DB Push press and Cleans
